This project will be perfect when you have only few minutes spare time for your crafts. This cute little band will take only about 5 minutes of your time and a tiny scrap of yarn. Yet it will be a perfect gift for your baby girl, even for a teenage girl. I made this for my 9 month old baby so it is tiny and cute.
Best of all it’s so easy to make this crochet hand band (bracelet ?maybe 😁). Wanna know how to make one of these ? Ok. Let’s make it .
Take two leftover yarns from your stash. I took light rose and dark rose colours for my band. Yarn is a worsted weight size.
You need 3mm crochet hook, a scissor , and a tapestry needle instead of yarn.
Now make 3 flowers like this.
Follow this pattern for making flowers
I made slight changes to my 3 flowers by increasing and decreasing some double crochet stitches. That’s why my flowers are not the same size.
Next you have to make a stripe. Just make about 50 chains with one yarn. I used dark rose colour for my stripe. See below.
Now all you have to do is attaching the flowers into the band (stripe). Attach the flowers into the middle of the band so that you can knot them easily on your baby’s hand.
Look how cute it is. I took the photos while my baby was sleeping. Soon after she woke up, she took it off. But that’s how babies are. No hard feelings. 😄😄
